WEB-BASED INVENTORY SYSTEM

A web-based inventory system is suitable for applications where items are moved in geographically-separate warehouse/distribution points and there is a need to monitor inventory movements from different locations. A web-based system utilizing standard connections to the internet offers a cost-effective way of providing the connectivity between the central data repository and the remote data access points.

Although designed to operate on the Internet, a web-based system can also be installed and run on a Local Area Network (LAN).
